1. How do I enable Wholesale Order Form for my online storefront?

After installing the app, click on "Update Theme" button. After you will be able to see the link to your Wholesale page order form at yourstoredomain.com/apps/shop.

2. How do I showcase Wholesale Order Form on my online storefront?

A) After "Update Theme" as question 1 shows above, go to your Admin Panel. Click on Online Store > Navigation. Then click on Main menu as shown in below image.

B) Click on "Add menu item".

C) Configure new item as shown in below image. You can choose any text instead of “Order Form”. It must link to /apps/shop URL

D) Don’t forget to click "Save" after you add new menu item.

3. How do I hide specific products on Wholesale Order Form

A) Go to Manage Products.

B) Select Hide Products.

C) Click on Visible/Hidden toggle button to toggle visibility of the product on the order form.

4. How do I hide specific products on Wholesale Order Form from specific customer groups?

A) Go to customers in sidebar of admin panel and add specific tag(s) for particular customer as shown below.

B) Go to Manage Products > Hide Products on Order Form in our app.

C) Add exact customer tag in given box for particular product and move cursor out of the box. Product will be hidden for all customers with particular tag.

D) You can hide same product for multiple groups of customers with comma separated tags as shown below.

5. How does my back-end search work?

A) Enter search letters in textbox and click “search” button.

B) It will show all products which contains search letters as shown in below image.

6. How do I hide Wholesale Order Form from my consumer (regular) customers?

You can use the Wholesale Lock Manager to hide Wholesale Order Form from your consumer customers.

7. How do I change my Shopify Theme

A) Log in to your Admin Panel B) Go to Online Store > Themes

C) Click on Upload Theme. Upload the ZIP file you have of theme. Alternatively, you may also visit the Theme Store to install theme.

D) To Publish a theme, you only need to click on "Publish Theme" which you want to publish.

8. How do I show an order form with only one specific collection?

9. How can my customers sort the order form or arrange products?

They can sort alphabetically or numerically by clicking on “Product Name”, ”Price” or “SKU” headers as shown in below image. Please note that sorting is only applied to the page they are on.

10. Can we reorder products on the order form?

Unfortunately, It is not possible to reorder products on the order form since Shopify Javascript API doesn't offer any ability to fetch products in a specific order for the storefornt.

11. How do I display product descriptions on the order form?

A) Go to app dashboard and click Customize Storefront.

B) Set "Show product description" on.

C) Click Save settings.

12. How do I change default number of products displayed on the order form?

A) Go to Admin Panel

B) From sidebar, click on Online Store.

C) On the opened window, click actions > Edit theme code.

D) Search search.json.liquid and find:

E) If the code is exists, Replace below code just above the line:

F) Replace "80" in the line with "prdlimit" variable.

G) Save the file.

H) Search search.esf_all_search_pro.liquid, search.esf_search_auto_pro.liquid files and reapeat steps 4 to 7 for each file..

I) search collection.esf_collec_get_pro.liquid and find:

J) Repeat steps 5 to 7 for this file as well.

K) Go to app dashboard and click Customize Storefront.

L) Set a numeric value for products per page as shown in below image.

M) Click Save settings.

13.How do I customize the storefront of App to give it a better look and feel?

A) Go to “Customize Storefront” tab of the app.

B) Change default settings as you prefer.

C) Click Save settings.

14. How do I change the size of the font of Wholesale Order Form?

A) Go to Online store > Theme > Actions > Edit Code > Assets.

B) Open quick-stylesheet.css.liquid and paste below code in the file.

C) Click Save.

D) Go to your storefront where you should see increased font size!

15. How do I change the size of the images?

A) Go to “Customize Storefront” tab of the app.

B) Find "Product image size" setting in the tab.

C) Set a numeric value in pixel as shown in below image.

D) Go to your storefront where you should see changed image size!

16. Will 'Update Theme' affect my entire website?

No. “Update Theme” adds app related files and settings to the store for proper functioning of Wholesale Order Form. It will not affect anything else on the website. Please don’t forget to click “Update Theme” button every time you install new theme.

17. How do we add a description at the top of the page explaining the page to our customers?

A) Go to Online Store > Themes.

B) Click on Actions > Edit HTML/CSS as shown below.

C) you will find “theme.liquid” file in sidebar. Click on it.

D) Paste given script under {% section ‘header %} tag in file. Refer below image;

E) Go to your storefront. You should see description with your html like following.

18. How many products can I have per page?

By default, we show 40 products per page. Merchants can have up to 200 products per page, but it might impact the speed of your order form. We recommend 40 products per page for best performance.

19. How do I create Wholesale Pricing for my customers?

In order to have multiple prices for your customers, you will need a wholesale pricing app. We can help you integrate with our Wholesale Pricing Discount app.

20. How do I show Inventory in Wholesale Order Form?

We can do some manual development work to show inventory levels. We do charge $60 for this customization. If you change themes, we will need to do the manual development again so charge the same fee for the new theme.

21. Can I set minimum/maximum quantities for my customers to order?

Yes this feature is part of our Professional Plan. In Quantity Settings, you can enter the minimum/maximum quantities.

You can see on our store that the minimum order for Bag (Leather) is 4.

22. Can I set increment quantities for my customers to order?

Yes this feature is part of our Professional Plan. In quantity settings, you can set what increments of quantities your customers can order.

24. How do I get Re Orders for my customers?

A) Re Orders are available under the enterprise plan of the app.

B) Please subscribe to the enterprise plan and accept the charges.

C) That’s it. No extra installation, just a couple of clicks and you’re ready to go.

D) You should see the order form with a new tab “Previous Orders” on the storefront. Please see the screencast below

25. How do “Re Orders” work

A) Once, you subscribe to the enterprise plan, everything will be automatically set up on the storefront.

B) “Re Orders” list a maximum of the 10 previous customer orders for that specific customer.

C) If there is no order available under a customer account, it will display a message accordingly.

D) A customer must need to login to get the list of previous orders because the system cannot recognize a non-logged in customer.

26. Is it possible to integrate pricing apps on “Re Orders”?

A) Yes. We can integrate pricing apps with it.

B) If you have “Wholesale Pricing Discount By Wholesale Helper”, we do a free integration to connect WPD and Wholesale Order Form :).

C) If you’re using the pricing app from another developer, we do charge one time $200 fee for complete integration on both the order form and re orders.

D) Please note, the integration works using the code files of both apps. Integrating with another app might break our app or stop it functioning properly in the future and depends on the code changes, new updates etc. from the app we are integrating with. In case, we find any issue with the order form due to another app or changes made on your end, we may charge to fix everything.

30. Do you offer free installation and support?

We are here to help and offer complementary support for 2 hours when you install one of our apps. This typically equals a few emails explaining product features, 1-2 potential small customizations and a basic theme update.

If you need more help, we are here and available. We do have to charge for this additional time as we cannot offer unlimited free support. Our team has server, software, people, design, and marketing costs.

In order for us to operate effectively and serve you (and your customers) for the long term, we need to charge for additional support needs. As a fellow business, we hope you understand our perspective.

31. Can I add an order form to a specific product page?

Yes, this cannot be done by the app in is a manual developer customization. We charge $200 for this customization. Just email your store URL to seth@wholesalehelper with subject line: add order form to my product page.

32. Is there a limit to the number of variants a product can have on the Order Form?

There is no limit to the number of variant per products. However, excessive variants may decrease performance.

33. What are your normal support hours?

Our support hours are Monday - Friday 9am EST to 5pm EST. We always aim to respond within 1 business day but typically respond much much quicker :)
